Tuesday 20th – 6pm Sprotbrough.. Bootcamp GYM, followed by Cardio Blast

Wednesday 21st – no morning session

Wednesday 21st – 6.00pm Cusworth.. Total Body Bootcamp

Thursday 22nd – 9.30am Cusworth.. The weights! Dumbbells V Kettlebells Fitness..

Thursday 22nd – 6pm Scawthorpe.. Step & Punch.. With skip cardio..

Friday 23rd *one off* 6pm Meet at CUSWORTH HALL, Head Torch Trail run..

Saturday 24th Xmas eve no sessions

Sunday 25th Christmas Day no sessions

Monday 26th Boxing Day no sessions

Tuesday 27th Bank Holiday CUSWORTH HALL – 8.30am SWEAT SESSION/ (or run session YOU DECIDE.. Just turn up and sweat it out!!

Wednesday 28th – 9.30am No Morning session

Wednesday 28th – 6.15pm Cusworth.. Total Body Bootcamp

Thursday 29th  – 9.30am stretch/core and tone.. a relaxing bootcamp!?

Thursday 29th – 6pm Scawthorpe.. Step & Punch.. With skip cardio..

Friday 30th –  social run.. tbc

Saturday 31st –  New Years eve.. 8am Wild Trail Run from Boat Inn

Sunday 1st – New Year’s Day no sessions

Monday 2nd – Bank Holiday no sessions

Tuesday 3rd – Back to Normal..

Sessions last 40 minutes unless stated, please arrive in time for the start of the session
